Favorite dishes using Star Anise: Five-Spice Rub, Poached Pears, Couscous, Ham Glaze, BBQ Sauce.

Star Anise should keep its peak flavor for about two years.

SPICE Spotlight: Marjoram

Our Egyptian marjoram is typically used in European cuisine and is similar in flavor to oregano. 

Favorite dishes using Marjoram: Roasted Turkey, Goulash, Zucchini Pie, Lamb Gyros, Vichyssoise, Oven-Roasted Potatoes, Beef Stew.

Marjoram should keep it's peak flavor for about six months.
